NEW ZAMBONI
A new Zamboni is on its way to the USRC. Arriving on January 25th, 2023 this new Zamboni replaces our 20 year old unit. Stay tuned for details on the naming competition.
ACTIVE AGEING
Recreation Excellence is pleased to announce a new active mobility fitness class that has started at the Upper Skeena Recreation Centre.

Participants with reduced mobility, limited range of motion and those recovering from injury are welcome to register. Elders, Seniors, and persons starting back on their fitness journey can participate online or in person. Typically these classes can cost up to $15 per class, but with funding from Engage Sport North, these classes are FREE. Register by calling the main office at 250-842-6662 for this chair centered fitness class that focuses on stability, balance, flexibility, mobility and functional strength.
